Dr. Deat LaCour is a Consulting Industrial /Organizational Psychologist. Industrial and organizational psychologists study and assess individual, group and organizational dynamics in the workplace. Professor LaCour applies research to identify solutions to problems that improve the well-being and performance of organizations and their employees. As a Scientist-Practitioner he has worked to help Fortune 100 and 500 clients solving legacy performance problem and change challenges. Deat has been a speaker for ASTD (American Society of Training and Development and as an invited speaker at SIOP (Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology). He has shared the tools for and methods for complexity thinking at Nanzan University-Center for the Study of Human Relations, Nagoya Japan. Currently, he is the founder of LLRG, LLC (Lemonds LaCour Research Group). Twice a year Dr. LaCour shares his work and experience in data science as an appointed Professor in American University’s Graduate program in Organizational Development.
