About Jade Peters-Votava

Jade is currently the Manager of Analytics and Business Optimization at Nestlé USA in Washington DC. Before Nestlé, she led the Global HR Analytics and Reporting Center of Excellence at TransUnion in Chicago, IL where she began her journey of mastering the art of infographics and joined the conference circuit sharing her learnings on the topic. Jade is a data story writer whose skills include data visualization, process improvement, change management, data analysis, and survey design. Prior to joining the analytics field. She worked in Talent Selection & Assessment, Talent Management, HR Operations, and Compensation for Sears Holdings Corporation. She holds her Masters Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University.
