What began as a plan to hire and staff up an engineering center in India turned into a business-wide strategic workforce planning initiative.
Our team worked closely with business leadership in general management, engineering, strategy, finance and HR to develop an agile and sustainable annual process to plan for our engineering organization. This story walks through key elements of the process including gaining alignment, leading change management, training those involved and creating technical resources to facilitate the strategic workforce planning.
