Ryan Sarpalius is the Global Learning Technology & Operations Manager at Uber with more than 15 years of experience in L&D. Ryan currently leads the strategy for learning technology, process and measurement for Uber’s Community Operations organization. Ryan holds a B.S. in Psychology and a credential in Economics, Finance and Business Analytics from Harvard Business School.
