The majority of focus in talent acquisition over the last two decades has been focused on identifying the right talent through posting, marketing, and social media outlets. The next decade will be about motivating that talent to take action. Now that you have identified the talent, how will you know the right time, and the right message to elicit a positive response. With so many candidates ignoring the outreach of recruiters, how do you know when and why potential candidates are experiencing a disruption in their personal or professional life that may trigger the desire to explore new opportunities. This allows for your Talent Acquisition teams to be more predictive and proactive in their outreach to talent. See how Northwestern Mutual is leveraging cyclical and spontaneous disruptions to fuel our ability to source and connect with talent.
